      Ideally cleaning needs to be scheduled after you have moved out or in. it is very difficult to clean around moving boxes.

      CLEANING SERVICES OFFERED


      REGULAR CLEAN INCLLUDES:

      • Kitchen: clean and sanitize all surfaces sink, counter tops, top and front of the stove/oven, outside of the refrigerator, inside and outside of microwave, wipe down all countertop appliances, sweep and mop floors.
      • Living room: dusting table, lamps, tv. vacuum or dust mop. if hardwood/tile floor will be moped. Furniture will be dust mopped under if possible.
      • Bathroom: sinks/tub/shower/toilets wiped clean and sanitized. Floors dust moped and wet moped. (Each bathroom will need to have toilet brush set. Brush will not be moved from bathroom to bathroom. This is for sanitary reasons.) if you do not have, we can provide for you for an additional cost of the brush.)
      • Bedrooms: dusting of nightstands/dressers/TVs. Floors vacuumed or dust mopped. If hardwood the floor under the bed will be dust moped. (Dresser and nightstands will be dusted if free from a lot of personal items, otherwise items will be dusted around. 
      • Foyer/hallways/stairs: vacuumed if carpet, dust moped and wet moped if hardwood/tile.
      • Trash: We do not have the ability to remove your trash. Bins with liners/trash bags will be emptied and placed in your designated trash collection bin/locations. Bins without liners will not be emptied.

      DEEP CLEAN

        

      DEEP CLEANING: (includes regular cleaning, plus the additional as listed below)

      KITCHEN:

      cabinets: inside and outside cleaned. Pantry/food/cleaning product/junk drawer’s cabinets will need to empty prior to cleaning. or these areas will not be cleaned inside. 

      Oven/stove: inside oven cleaned, electric stoves will be pulled out cleaned behind, under and sided wiped clean. 

      Refrigerator: (will need to be empty of all perishable foods) inside and out, seals cleaned, if possible, the refrigerator will be moved and cleaned behind and under and coils vacuumed. 

      Dishwasher: cleaned inside with enzyme cleaning tablet. This cleans and sanitizes. 

      Garbage disposal: cleaned with enzyme cleaning tablets: this cleans and sanitizes. 

      BATHROOM(S):

      Vanities/cabinets: inside and outside. Personal items will need to be removed prior to cleaning. 

      All window & seals cleaned/washed. Inside windows will be cleaned it reach is no higher than 2 steps high of step ladder. (if you have inside screens in place you will need to remove prior to cleaning, or the seals cannot be cleaned)

      All baseboards dusted, if they can be reached or have smaller non heavy furniture that can be moved. 

      SOFAS/CHAIRS: vacuumed, cushions removed and vacuumed under. If movable vacuumed/moped under. Otherwise, only dust moped if not carpeted.

      • HOMEOWNER WILL NEED TO HAVE A LOSKED STORAGE CLOSET FOR ALL ADDTIONAL LINES/TOWELS AND SUPPLIES. 
      • PET FEE: THIS WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL PETS WEATHER YOUR PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY OR NOT. WE WILL PROVIDE PICTURE AND VIDIO IF ABLE OF ALL EVEIDENCE OF PETS BEING INSIDE THE PROPERTY.  THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE HOMEOWNERS AND SERVICE ANIMALS. 


      • homeowners will be responsible for notifying, listing and/or emailing check out procedures to all guests. procedures required by ERMFYS are as:   

       * all trash cans emptied, and trash taken to provided receptacles. 

      * All dirty dishes loaded in dishwasher and started, if no dishwasher: dishes are to be washed and put away.

       *all dirty towels gathered and loaded in washing machine and started. all used beds should be striped of dirty sheets and placed by washing machine. if no onsite washer and dryer all dirty sheets to be placed by front door. towels to be placed in separate pile by front door. 


      PROPERRTY WILL BE RESTAGED FOR NEW INCOMING GUEST, PROPERTY SET UP AS HOMEOWNER REQUEST.

      OFFSITE LINNES WILL BE CHARGED AT A PER LOAD FEE.

      If you're interested in one of our open positions, start by applying here and attaching your resume. Cleaning experience not a must, but preferred. required: drug free, excellent time management skills, attention to the smallest details, dependable, excellent communication skills. must be able to work independently and with a team.  4X4 required, must be able to work weekends as must cleans will be on Saturday, Sunday and Monday during peak season. Pay will be based on experience. Peak season September-march, very slow March-April with rentals. during the slower months we do deep, post construction, move out, and residential cleanings as well the rental cleaning. You will be paid more on Holidays and receive Bonus pay for Holidays. I would love to have you as part of our team.
